Description

This machine adopts the motion control system and servo correction device perfect combination, the use of multiple sets of photoelectric sensor at bottom sheets relative position, control top sheets on both sides of the servo motor to do independent compensation action, so that accurate positioning of top paper and the bottom paper. Servo laminating machine is simple for operation, just enter the paper size, machine can automatically finish adjustment.

Detail Introduction

Top sheet feeding mechanism
Equipped with high speed auto dedicated feeder, both paper lifting and feeding nozzle can freely adjust angle to the paper, to ensure that whether thick or thin paper can be delivered rapidly and smoothly.

Overlap delivery Bridge

Bottom paper feeding

Use imported Servo motor electric controlling system, with Japan NITTA suction belt to make suction power inverter, and belt cleaned by water roller, Use servo motor control system, Suction motor adjustable suction power, to ensure corrugate and cardboard goes out smoothly and simple operation.

Pressure Regulation System
According to the paper thickness adjust side two roller, front side one wheel for adjust glue amount. Top paper and button paper width input in touch screen, machine will be automatic adjust.

Mainframe casting stucture

Transmission
Transmission with imported double teeth belt drive and dedicated tension device ensure the drive stable and low noisy.

Pre-stacker

Glue Roller

Positioning System

Paper Separating system
Driving wheel and laminating press belt joint to transmit power. Laminated paper be stacked down to down pallet by driving wheel and synchronous belt, when reach the specified number, separating rod lift and separate the paper.

Down Push System
Driven by the cylinder two pawl forward movement, push the set up quantity paper into a turnover device

Turning System
Using the automatic clamping system to make paper front and back alternately placed, make sure the laminated paper smooth and stiff, convenient for subsequent production line.

Up Push System
Using cylinder and lever principle, pushing the lifting paper into collecting system and waiting to be piled

Piling System
Reciprocating motion of four splint patting the collected paper orderly, ensure the collecting neat

Collecting System
When the paper stacking to 1.7M in height, collecting platen automatic drop, hydraulic car will pull out the whole stack of paper, at the same time the vice paper collecting table automatic work, complete non-stop collecting finished
